1. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Shipping to the U.S.: Your order will typically arrive in 7–14 business days.

  • International Shipping: Orders shipped outside the U.S. usually take 14–31 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note: Shipping times may vary due to factors like customs or carrier delays.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the delivery progress. To track your order, simply visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number.

3. What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?

If your order is past the estimated delivery window, don't worry! We understand how frustrating this can be. First, check your tracking information to see if there are any updates. If you're still having trouble or if the package seems lost, please contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

4. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Please contact us before returning any item to receive instructions.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on most orders within the U.S. For international orders, shipping fees may apply, and these will be shown during checkout.

6. How can I change my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible, so changes can’t always be made after the order is confirmed. However, if you realize you've made a mistake (wrong address, item, etc.), please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can help correct the address if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched, we can’t change the address, and you may need to wait for the package to be returned to us (in some cases).

8. How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is available for purchase, it’s in stock! If, for any reason, there’s a stock issue after you’ve placed your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on accurate inventory, so you can shop with confidence.

12. What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll help you with the return or exchange process as quickly as possible. Please include clear photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

13. Can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may have already processed or shipped your order, and cancellations may not be possible.
